Biography

Meagan Bennaman Criscuoli, Esq. is of counsel of Staiti Law Firm, LLC. who focuses her efforts on estate administration, real estate, and litigation support. Meagan works closely with Mr. Staiti to facilitate the timely administration of complex estates and prosecution of real estate related civil litigation matters.

Meagan’s legal experience includes foreclosures, real estate litigation, and appearance work as necessary. Prior to her time at Staiti Law Firm, Meagan was an associate attorney with the Annapolis based Council, Baradel, Kosmerl, & Nolan, P.A. and McCabe, Weisberg, & Conway, a regional law firm. Prior to her bar admission, Meagan gained invaluable experience as a Rule 19 student attorney with the University of Baltimore’s Tax Clinic and as an intern for the Queen Anne’s County State’s Attorney Office.
